Born & raised in S. Florida I know this market better then most, I have had the privilege of experiencing our ever changing market in the best swing as well as one of the lowest points we’ve scene in years. Growing up having parents owning a variety of businesses they gave me the opportunity to work closely in all of them helping me learn very quickly how much I love the art of the sale. Being in sales from a young age my mother suggested I go for my Real Estate License at the age of 21. I figured out quickly introducing valuable opportunities to buyers & sellers was my passion, turned business trade and now a most successful career.
Starting my Real Estate career in Timeshare over 14 years ago I was able to get the best training a young sales person could possibly receive; knowing walking into work that day if I was unable to convert the client in front of me into a buyer I would not have the opportunity to do so again. After successfully selling Vacation Ownership for 2 years I had a major desire to sell for the biggest developer in S. Florida to further enhance my expertise in the field. After figuring out who the “King of Condos” was I literally banged on Related Group’s door until I got my interview. Finally getting an interview I was immediately offered a position as secretary which I politely declined and thought to myself what went wrong. A few days later I get a call from my future boss and mentor for the following 7 years working for the Cervera family. Cervera hired me in 2003 to sell general real estate and learn the business during a very interesting time we can all remember as the biggest real estate boom. A few months working I get the opportunity of a lifetime to sell on my first project in Aventura called The Venture, which we successfully sold out in record time.
After The Venture the ride was extraordinary until about 2007 while selling Icon Las Olas, Ft. Lauderdale. One year successfully selling 70% of Icon Las Olas the market crashes and the developer returns all deposits back to the buyers. Most people in real estate during this time typically left the business however I took this as a survival challenge. I found that I learned most of my trade during this time being buyers were scarce as short sales and foreclosures were flourishing. During this change in the market I turned my focus to the needs of my buyers and sellers major real estate problems. I helped them successfully rebound from the down turn while selling out Harbour House, Bal Harbour, Mondrian South Beach and general real estate.
In 2010 I was offered the opportunity to lead the sales at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton. Being very humble to a brand new market I accepted and moved on to sell $150 million in luxury residences averaging $1000psf for Blackstone. After my Boca Raton sales success I was recruited by the Related Group to join forces once again and quickly sell out Hyde Resort & Residences, Hollywood.
Currently I am elated to announce that I am selling Auberge Beach Residences on the iconic Irelands Inn site ranging from $1.5 million to $10 million. I couldn’t be happier to reveal that I have wanted to sell this particular property for over a decade being it truly is one of a kind and put simply cannot be replicated sitting directly on the sand in Ft. Lauderdale.
I truly enjoy meeting new people and helping them find there dream home, my favorite part of a sale is knowing my clients are 100% confident of the purchase they are making and are eager to enjoy life in their new home.
